Announced and recently shipped edge-AI products from vendor announcements. A product is benchmarked only if it has a platform page. unconfirmed means the source does not firmly state the date or status.
How to read TOPS figures
TOPS (tera-operations per second) is a vendor's peak figure, not a benchmark. It depends on the number format: an INT4 figure is usually about twice the INT8 figure for the same chip, and FP16 or FP4 TFLOPS are floating-point figures that are not comparable with integer TOPS. Sparse figures assume half the weights are zero and are typically twice the dense figure. Compare chips only at the same precision and density, and prefer measured results (FPS, tokens/s) over TOPS. Where the source does not state the precision we say “precision not stated”.
Every number is labelled. Confidence: A MLPerf closed, audited · B documented third-party method · C community / review · D vendor-published, not independently verified · E estimate. Power basis: measured with the result · spec vendor spec/envelope · power n/a not published.
Machine-readable: /find.json (see llms.txt); full tables are in “Show data”. Confidence grades: A audited MLPerf closed · B documented third-party · C community · D vendor-published · E estimate. Unknown values are shown as unknown, never estimated. Generated 2026-10-16 from public sources.
