Terms of use — HWBench

1. Operator. gethwbench.com ("HWBench") is a free, non-commercial website operated by Michael Pechorsky, Israel. Contact: [email protected]. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What it is. HWBench collects benchmark figures that third parties have published. We do not measure hardware ourselves unless we say so explicitly. Every figure links to its source. Our methodology is described at /methodology.html.

3. No warranty. The site and data are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Figures may be wrong, out of date or not comparable. Check the original source before you make any decision. See also the Disclaimer at /disclaimer.html.

4. Limitation of liability. The site is free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is zero. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

5. Using our data. You may view, cite and link to HWBench pages and use the query API (/find.json, as described in /llms.txt) for reasonable, non-abusive use.

- Third-party data remains under each source's own licence and terms, as listed on the Attributions page (/attributions.html).

- HWBench's own compilation, derived metrics, evidence grades and original text are © 2026 Michael Pechorsky and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0), https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Credit "HWBench (gethwbench.com)" and keep the source citations.

- CC BY 4.0 does not grant any rights in third-party data, trademarks or logos.

6. Acceptable use. Do not overload or disrupt the service, get around rate limits or security measures, or use the site unlawfully. Automated access is allowed if it follows /robots.txt and stays at a moderate rate.

7. Trademarks. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the hardware and software concerned. This does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

8. Corrections and takedown. If you think a figure is wrong, or that content infringes your rights, email [email protected] with:

1. the page URL

2. what is wrong, or which right is affected

3. evidence or the correct source

4. your contact details

5. for rights claims: a statement made in good faith that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner

We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days, and we will correct, annotate or remove the content where justified. Vendors may submit corrected official figures. HWBench publishes user-submitted results only after manual review, and has not designated a DMCA agent. Use the email address above for all notices.

9. Submitting results. If you send a benchmark result through "Submit your result" (we record that you accepted, the version of these terms, and the time):

1. You confirm that the result is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share it, and that sharing it does not breach any confidentiality obligation, licence or third-party right. If you reproduce a third party's published result, the source link must point to that publication.

2. You grant HWBench (Michael Pechorsky) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to review, store, edit, reformat, combine with other data, publish and sublicense the submitted result under the HWBench data licence (CC BY 4.0, see section 5). This does not transfer ownership.

3. Facts and figures as such may not be protected by copyright. This licence covers any rights you do hold in the submission.

4. Do not include personal information (yours or anyone else's) in the notes. Notes may be published with an accepted result. We may edit or remove them.

5. Submissions are reviewed by hand. We may reject, edit or remove any submission at our discretion, without having to give a reason.

6. You remain responsible for your submission. To the extent the law allows, you agree not to hold HWBench liable for claims arising from content you submitted that breaches these warranties.

10. Newsletter. The newsletter is not active yet. Once it launches, it will be optional and free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. See the Privacy policy (/privacy.html).

11. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence, or of any right you may have to bring proceedings there.

13. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.
